E-Elements Technology set four goals for its role in the PYNQ open-source community:

Bringing in international educational resources – the professional training systems adopted by major American IT companies,

Collaborating with academic research teams in Taiwan to develop projects, translating educational resources from abroad, and obtaining authorization for local use.

Instructor training: providing course resources and training, holding lesson plan competitions,

Supporting micro-course lesson planning, offering teacher training, and inspiring educators to integrate teaching materials into their lessons. Additionally, facilitating student project development. Leveraging the results of collaborative projects as exemplary teaching materials.

Creating an open-source community to promote industry and solution modules,

Industry mentors introduce collaboration between industry and academia, which is then modularized and extended to other projects. Organizing Industry-Academia Collaborations and Corporate Internships.

Provide resources to improve software and hardware implementation skills

Creating certification systems and incentive programs, organizing competitions for technological innovation and solutions.
