This daughter board is based on a TI TUSB1310 device with ULPI for USB 2.0 and a PIPE interface for USB 3.0 support.
USB3_HT3 is a Texas Instruments TUSB1310-based daughter board in the HAPS series, offering a single USB 3.0 Type-B connector. It includes a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Type A (F) to Type B (M) adapter for host mode. The daughter board provides a ULPI (UTMI + Low Pin) interface for USB 2.0 operation and a PIPE interface for USB 3.0 operation.
