This board provides a connection to the 20-pin ARM Cortex Debug interface.

The SOC_IOV_HT3 daughter board includes one micro-USB connector providing four RS-232 connections through a standard USB cable, connectivity for a 20-pin ARM Cortex Debug interface, a 38-pin MICTOR interface, and a 28-pin PMOD interface with a GPIO interface.”
